Covenant Network of Presbyterians, www.covnetpres.org. “Toward a church as generous and just as God’s Grace”; a broad-based, national group of clergy and lay leaders working for a church that is simultaneously faithful, just, and whole.

The Edge (interfaith campus ministry at SF State), outreach@edgesfsu.org. The Ecumenical House faculty, staff and Board members are affiliated with member faith community organizations that contribute to the financial support of the Ecumenical House.

Edgewood Center for Children, www.edgewood.org. Edgewood helps children and families overcome some of life's toughest challenges such as abuse, neglect, mental illness, and family crisis.

Larkin Street Youth Services, www.larkinstreetyouth.org. Larkin Street Youth Services provides homeless, runaway and at-risk kids between the ages of 12 and 24 with the help they need to rebuild their lives.

Near East School of Theology, www.theonest.edu.lb. An interconfessional Protestant Seminary serving the evangelical churches of the Middle East, training pastors and church workers for ministry in the churches and other evangelical organizations, including those from beyond the Middle East, who have a special interest in Biblical Studies against the cultural background of the Middle East, Islamics or Oriental and Orthodox churches.

San Francisco Food Bank/Marin Food Bank, 415-282-1900, www.sffoodbank.org. In San Francisco, 197,000 people struggle each day to feed themselves and their families. In Marin, just over 40,000 people - 16% of the population - face the threat of hunger on a given day. 39% of the households who receive weekly groceries through the Food Bank include at least one working adult, while 18% of clients are homeless. 1 in 5 children do not have access to enough food to meet their nutritional needs on a regular basis. And, Old First hosts the Interfaith Food Pantry every Saturday morning serving 300 people a week, 7:30-12pm.

San Francisco Interfaith Council, www.sfinterfaithcouncil.org. The Council has for 20+ years brought people of different faith traditions together, bringing spiritual comfort at times of crisis, building understanding among various religious traditions, celebrating diversity, and coordinating services to the citizens of San Francisco.

San Francisco Network Ministries, www.sfnetworkministries.org. Network Ministries is devoted to the people of the Tenderloin, working for the empowerment of all, proclaiming good news for the poor and seeking liberty for those who are oppressed; a vital Christian ministry that moves beyond church walls, reaching people where they live and work.

San Francisco Night Ministry, sfnightministry@aol.com, www.sfnightministry.org. The Night Ministry provides middle-of-the-night compassionate non-judgmental pastoral care, counseling, referral and crisis intervention to anyone in any kind of distress, through the Crisis Telephone Line staffed by trained volunteer Crisis Line Counselors, and person-to-person encounters with ordained clergy on the streets, available every night of the year from 10:00 pm - 4:00 am.

Sojourn Chaplaincy at San Francisco General Hospital, www.sojournchaplaincy.org. Sojourn continually seeks to build and support a volunteer community described by diversity of faith, gender, race, culture and sexual orientation; while hospital staff provide resources for physical, mental and emotional health, Sojourn attends to the spiritual needs of patients and staff.
